I used it in my parts of my trunk and I like it. Can't really say if it works better than dynamat or not.

The best thing to do is to use dynamat first and the noise killer spray. That what I did in my trunk and zero road niose. On top of all that I used a black rubber sealent cause the noise killer chips off kind of easy.

and take a look at item #
9709T18 - Acoustical Damping $12.79 for 12 square feet.
THis stuff is exactly what dynamat is at approximately 1/10th the price.
I use this stuff extensively in my 'Tour and it sounds like a Lexus LS400 - no noise from the road just the subs and mids/tweets.
Also, www.partsexpress.com and check out their car audio section. They sell a 24oz can of spray sound deadener for $20 that is as good as noize killer or spray dynamat or whatever.

First lay your mat down, then spray, then go over the whole thing after 4 hour drying time with a good rubberized undercoating and you should have ** ZERO ** noize.

i just ordered a product called B-quiet. it's similar to dynamat, but cheaper. 3'x90' is $109 delivered.
ikarus1, when you say you use it extensively, do you mean you cover the floor also or just the trunk. i intend to do the trunk for now and next spring pull out the seats, carpet and all and cover those areas also. i was wondering will i see an improvement if i only do the trunk for now.
