In removing the passenger side mirror, im having trouble getting the wiring plug out of the back, haynes manual says just to pull it out, im pulling but it aint moving. I notice small clips on the sides of the plug, but they seem too small to get anything in on both sides..any ideas?

yeah you have to take those little wire clips off. just find a really tiny flat head screwdriver or something along those lines that you can use to wedge under those wire clips and pop them out of their seats.
