The Program on International Policy Attitudes (PIPA) researches public attitudes on international issues by conducting nationwide polls, focus groups and ... The pipa is an ancient Chinese string instrument. Many Chinese emperors even wrote music for the pipa. The implementing agency is the Palestinian Investment Promotion Agency (PIPA). take your pick

i loved it when she/it/he was talking about what she does for work. she said something about how much she loves creating things and how she is a creation in her own way. well, it was something like that.

In greek, "pipa" is a pipe, the kind you smoke. Also is slang for a bj.

I didn't see that episode of Monster Garage, but I think you are referring to Pippa Garner. If you're a long time reader of Car&Driver, you've seen Pippa's illustrations on the last page and now the "Ms.Goodwench" drawings scattered throughout the reader's letters section. I remember an article some time ago that recounted Pippa's art cars from years ago, back when she/he was known as Phil Garner. As Phil, he once took a 1959 Chevy and reversed the body on the frame just to see other drivers reacting to this Chevy going "backwards" on the Golden Gate bridge. There are several pictures of Phil's/Pippa's handiwork in the book "50 Years of Road&Track-The Art of the Automobile". A past article of Car&Driver concerning Phil's work remarked about his transformation into Pippa.
