I have a Kenwood Excelon HU that flips around and disappears and it has a whole bunch of controls to shape the sound and was wondering if anyone else had this radio and might be able to help me in setting the sound up right. One question for example is at what HZ should I set the non fading out for the sub amp at. I am running a Sony 4 channel amp bridged to 2 channel and it is definetly pushing enough to move the 2 12 inch subs I have in a sealed box but I am not sure what number to set it at. Right now I have it at 80HZ. If someone responds I also have some other questions that I am hoping you might be able to help with and the instruction manual to me really didn't help all that much.

80 Hz is probably about right. Bass frequencies start to localize at about 100 hz. I wouldn't go any higher than 120 hz. If you do, your soundstage will start to get pulled to the back of the vehicle.
