OP Mark Donahue New CEG\'er M Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 12	I'm looking for some help. I'd like to put a cheap pair of rims on my '00 SVT for snow tires. However, I've heard that steel rims will not work because the calipers or rotors are too big to allow clearance. So my question is . . . does anyone know any cheap rims and where to get them from that would work or would I have to buy SVT rims and throw snow tires on those? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

However to answer your question, 15" steels will clear the SVT brakes, however 14" will not.
