WTF?? Why did it get locked??

I gave an honest opinion and I have owned both. High speed cornering for the idiots means high speed cornering. On long sweepers the contou se was faster. I did 90 in a contour where in the P5 I would do 85, but tight corners the contour gets left behind easily.

I got it back in August before the 3's were hitting the market. 22k was the price after options. If I wanted something faster I would have gotten a WRX, but wanted a utilitarian till the Legacy turbo comes out.

Theer was no flame bait, the contour 98 MY that I had is a POS in EVERY aspect compared to my P5. If you can't live with that, then that is YOUR problem. Do not be blinded by what you think is the best car on the road. Same class?? The Contour is no where near the same class. SE is very sloppy has severe brake dive, interior and exterior is crap too.

Everything is a step up even to a 2004 Focus SVT, I saw them both and didn't like it. All you nay sayer should go look instead of crying about it. I never said I hated the contour, just that my P5 is much much better.

It got locked because this is just a flaming contest waiting to happen.... If it got locked why would you start another post??? Wouldnt it tell you something? Just my opinon but I can almost guarantee this one will be locked in the next hour or so... When did we become the mazda forums??

Posts are locked for a reason. It used to be in the forum rules that you cannot "continue" a locked topic. If you have a problem with it, send a PM to the moderator that locked the topic. In this case, it was Rara.

Oh geez. I don't care what kind of car you prefer, your post was flame bait, pure and simple. And so is this one. If you wish to discuss further why either thread was locked, feel free to PM me. But continuing to start the same thread after it was locked is a quick road to the ban button.
