Not the kind of smoking some of you are thinking about. It's almost 70 degrees in Dallas today, not a cloud in the sky. I just had my handmade BBQ smoker delivered last weekend. I threw on a 4.5 lb Pork Shoulder and a huge rack of ribs at about 10:00, should be perfect by this evening.

Well, it's icy and about 29F here in KC, and I'll be leaving for Portland, OR this afternoon where it's not much better (cold and rainy).
Bring the weather up this way! I'm SICK of the cold (I don't see how people up North handle it)...

i dont see how we can handle it either. wisconsin averages 15 days per winter with sub-0 degree weather. can't stand it. therefore i'm moving to kansas city, MO this tuesday. from what i hear, its not any warmer there.
