I have a quick question about oil and 75000 miles my car is about 2000 miles away from 75000k and i was wondering if i should change to high mileage oil or stick with mobil 1.

There is really no benefit to the high milage oil until there is a need for it. If you are not using any oil between changes and there are no leaks, don't bother with it yet. At least that's my $.02

"High mileage" oil is marketing hype IMHO. So long as the car doesn't have any problems regular oil should be fine. I'm running Mobil 1 5W30 in my nearly 140k mile CSVT with no leaks and no problems.
