Yep....went to shut my flip phone last night after talking to you MARK! and the hinge on the screen side snapped.
Lisa just brought it to get fixed and they said it would cost $115 to fix! I guess I need a whole new LCD screen and the cover for it. I just went on ebay and they have brand new LCD screens for $20-$25! including the t6 screwdriver needed to install it.
Its an i90c Motorola Nextel phone....friggin things are discontinued...
I wonder how difficult it is to install, I just bought one off of ebay. I'm hoping he can overnight it to me.

you see....it got to be too expensive for me to carry 450 miles of string, plus prices of gas went up so to deliver the damn string to attach to the other end of the can got to be too expensive too.
plus, noone really answers my bat signal anymore.

just get a whole new mo-fer like I did when mine bit the dust. They told me that a new battery and LCD screen would cost $120 to fix but a new phone that I liked was $150.

true, but i don't need the entire new phone.
They discontinued my phone, so I can't get one through Nextel...I can only buy used ones on ebay...plus, I don't need a new SIM card, since I already have mine.
I'm hoping for 45 bucks, I'll have this thing good as new by this weekend!
plus, my phone cost me $190 when it came out, with my CVS discount.
