If you do use an Apexi SAFC, tune it with a wideband O2 sensor on a load bearing dyno.
I still do not like the way the Apexi works, as it makes the MAF signal to the EEC "incorrect" and can cause issues w/ the way the eec calculates load in the engine.
So basically, I don't think its a good idea, but if you must do it, take the proper steps to get the best results, and don't screw up the EEC function too much.
