Doh! You just missed a group buy on Borla.
One of the best exhaust systems out there; quality might be matched but not exceeded. Tone is deep, zero rasp, beautiful rolled tips. Not sure of the actual power gain, though the butt dyno sure noticed it. Pity the search feature isn't working...

yes it is a good exhaust, pretty expensive though. you are better off IMO going with trubendz, located here: http://www.trubendz.com/home.aspyou can get the borla pieces, for a few hundred bucks less. you may notice a small gain, with the keyword being small. the gain will be better paired with a good intake.

Yes the Borla is an excellent sounding and performing exhaust. The quality and fit is top notch as well.

Someone local to me, Thinkmoto, has the Trubendz. While we both really liked the tone, the volume was a little on the quiet side. That's the only aftermarket exhaust I've personally been able to listen to. I'd love to hear the Borla, Bassani, and Brullen in person. Most of the sound clips I've heard are recorded on cheap equipment so its difficult to compare.

The borla system has been dyno'd at +7hp, which is pretty darn good. I've never read about a problem with fit or finish on the borla system on our cars.
My conclusion: Good power gain, expensive, high quality.

Well as with any of the aftermarket exhausts for our cars, yes you can, but you need to fabricate a hanger for the right side of the car. Theres a how to on the main page. If you have a Zetec I'm not sure what, or if, any other modification is required.

I do have a turbo which muffles things a bit, but it is just too quiet for me. Aside from that the borla is an excellent system with beautiful craftsmanship
