I like it a lot!!! Retro styling is aight, but i think that its more important for cars to move forward and progress; and thats just what this car does IMO, its more evolved...but with the feel of the original. The only thing i might tweak is the headlight frame, the rest is pure hotness.

Rara-
Are they pricing around the level of the GT as well???

I wish I could afford these high end Ford's, I mean swinging 50-60k is one thing, but double that seems just absurd. . .

BTW, I think it looks hot, and 600+hp in less than 3100lb's is just SICK. SICK people, just sick, so I don't want to hear you people complain, it's just SICK.

Like you said, it is just a concept. Besides...I think the 600 hories will help take your mind off it looks (if you think it is that ugly/fugly)

Given that there is only one in existance that Ford is claiming at the moment, I think that Ford would have a hard time letting it go at any price . . . Give it a year or two, and wait and see what Bill Ford says about possibility of production. If response is strong, like the GT, I think the Ford bigwigs would have a real hard time not producing it.

do those rims look like navigator or aviaotor rims to you guys? and did the original cobra have a trunk that car loosk kinda big. i would like to know what notor is under there? hope its not just another mustang variant. one concept that i realy liek was the gt-90 concept it would have been cool with or without the v12 butthe gt still looks good.

For what it's worth, at NAIAS last night, Bill Ford said, "I own an original Cobra, and I can't wait to have one of these."

Pretty strong hint, if you know what I mean.

LMAO!!!

Try 600 hp with only 2400lb's on for size- thats what race originals were- (well to be honest about 550 hp) - ive driven em - the Cobra is the only car in the world im scared of - ive driven quite a few HP models so im not just shootin the breeze- but its the only car I am truley afraid to push the big stick all the way to the floor- I dont know what would happen -

hopefully the new one will be a bit more predictable than the old one!

(insert the old story about shelbys ATX paxton car in LA traffic to illustrate point)
