Has anyone bolted their box to the trunk floor?...we were thinking of using lottsa velcro .. glue the male part to the trunk carpet and the female part to the bottom of the box and wrap it around the box...so we can remove it to get to the spare. Any other ideas?

I bolted my to the floorboard and I still have access to the tire..its just a little harder...and you will have to bend the cardboard.

Ralph Bennedetti of Sound Satisfaction designed mine. It fits into the existing tyrewell in the trunk. It has a flush cover with removable "windows" with their own covers. Everything is backlit with blue neon.

However, because of the volume of air in the tyrewell, all I could fit was a single 10" MBQuart Sub. I have a Phoenix Gold M100 driving it in 2-ohm Mono.

Of course, I no longer have a spare, but that's why I have a towing plan! Sides, in ten years, I've only had one flat!
