Our Mystique's went out on us this summer. Unfortunately Ford said the Mercury's didn't have a problem and i called BS on it. It also took out the switch as well. Had to buy a new switch, wiring harness(which just so happened that Ford does make one for just the switch which tells me they have problems with it) and the resitor's. At least it wasn't to expensive and i could do it by myself.

Does anyone have part numbers for the harness and the resistor. I replaced mine from a junk yard originally when it went bad. It lasted a few months and went out again. Also do I have to wait to get the recall notice? I have a mystique. Is it just a contour recall. Im sure the mystiques are having same problem. Anyhow If someone has the part numbers for those two parts I would greatly appreciate it.
