Finally, I bring my digital camera with me on a road trip. This was in orland park, IL. The car was being driven by an old lady, so I doubt she swapped the letters to be funny. All I have to say is somebody was drinking on the job

my guess,
Car was Wrecked,
and autoboday shop didn't put on the letter correctly after respraying Trunk etc...
