Has anyone put 3 liter valves in the 2.5 Liter heads, running with the 2.5 Liter block. Or would you not notice anything? Just getting some info my friend and I have been talking about it. Been thinking about the 3 liter hybrid conversion too so please some help.

Maybe you would get more response in the 3L forum located below? More knowledgeable people about 3L issues in there!

Warmonger, PA-3L-SVT, Rev Pojay all have 3L.. and Demon is my proclaimed "god" on these cars, in any realm..

On a 2.5L engine the largest gains would come from up sizing the tiny exhaust valves.
Very little gains would be realized between the 32mm and 35mm intake valves.

On top of that.
If you are going through all the work of pulling the engine and disassembling it then why not go to a 3L anyway. You could do a full 3L swap for almost the same price as a set of ported heads with 3L valves...
