We're leaving tonight for Florida in search of warm temps . We'll be going through Atlanta around noon tomorrow (Sat.)...For this time of day, is it better to take the by-pass or just shoot through downtown??

Also, last time we came through in March, there was construction on I-75 south of Atlanta that had traffic stopped dead for 30 miles...Is that all gone or should I plan another route?

Thanks

Construction should be done, but I don't know, could be more... It's almost always better to take the bypass, especially during this time of year.
