I guess I better get used to this look for the svt.


today I looked at it and the sides were almost completely white from the salt.

haha, looks exactly like mine the last couple snow storms i had salt all over it. i hate to drive her in this but got no choice till i can afford a winter beater for next year.

make sure not to leave the salt on there for long, i hear it does wonders for paint jobs

Nothing a good cleaning and a couple coats of wax in the spring won't fix. My SVT spends Jan-Feb covered in salt, except for the occasional trip to the no-touch wash, which does a crappy job since it's no-touch.

Hm, that's how my car has looked for the last 3 years. I've been meaning to try that "soap" stuff.

Makes me glad to live in a place with no snow...

But going down a grass hill on a crazy carpet hurts less with the snow there

Best to kick off the mud/snow behind the wheels just after driving the car so they don't freeze and rub against the tires!
