Wow- this is crazy! It seems as though they should have been able to tell her the numbers on HER bill- especially since the bill has to be in her name (because he's under 18). Hmmm- weird.
Hopefully, this will come to a close soon. We're praying for ya buddy!

the phone is my mothers phone, she lets him use it on teh weekends. (dumb idea)
anywho, i just talked to my father, they still havent heard anything.

Im sorry to hear the bad news Elky, I am up and down 93 on a daily basis, from Cambridge Mass to New Hampshire @ 11pm, and again @ 7am, will post and call if I see the jeep, and good luck dude.

my mother called me this evening, the North reading PD arrested him this afternoon.
they found him sleeping in the jeep in the strip mall parking lot next to my parents house.
the battery was dead and the jeep was out of gas.
they will be going to court tomorrow.
his bail was set outrageuously high to keep in jail overnight.
thanks for all your support.
hopefully he gets put away for awhile and it straightens him out.

ElKy: does the Jeep belong to him (e.g. he owns, pays for all expenses, etc.)? If not, I strongly recommend you suggest to your mother that she take it away from him. If so, have her try anyway  Having a lack of transportation, and for that matter a lack of any freedom whatsoever, may influence some of his habits toward a better direction. Heck, my parents take the car away if my grades aren't good, never mind if I was doing drugs / running away.

the jeep is my parents, they just have him on the ins. as a secondary driver.
they have tried taking away his car privilages, but he manages to get it anyway.
my parents never called it in as stolen before, cuz they wanted to give him a chance. if they had reprted it stolen, he would have been arrested for violation of probation.
this time they smartened up and realized that he has to get arrested to hopefully straighten him out.
my father even went as far as removing ignition fuses and relays once to keep him from takingit. he still got it started and took it.

Wow! I'm so glad they found him and that he's ok. Unreal that he was that close to home- that's good, though. Hopefully, he'll learn his lesson...if not, I'm sure his big bro will take care of that! Seriously though, I'm really glad that he's ok.
