How about some lock De-Icer?
Otherwise when it happens to me, I stick the key in and keep wiggleing it back and forth before it finally unlocks.

hot water, but that will also freeze again
you could get lock de-icer or one of those little heaters that fit into the lock to warm it

Well, if you dont mind looking weird, grab a hair dryer, and use it around the door. Or just work at it... my door was frozen shut, i just banged on it a few, and came right open

Crawl through the trunk and open the back door from the inside. I've done this with hatchbacks. Usually the rear lock isn't frozen because water isn't sprayed directly on it. Head to the hardware store and get some graphite spray for the keyholes. Works way better (and longer) than WD40.

Haha, reminds me of an early Ford Focus commercial, these ppl use the trunk to exit the car.

There's also the old fashioned lighter trick. Heat up the key with a cig. lighter. Of course if you heat it up too much, you could fry the electronics in the PASS key.
The other way to do it is to go in from the other side and push the door open from the other side, easier to apply force than pulling. The only danger is that you might rip out some of the weather stripping around the door.
