i jumped my countour through an intersection for some reason every intersection in florida has a slight bulge and if you speed through it ata good ebough speed you will catch air. i jumped my mr2 about 4 feet in the air and thats what led to trading it in for the cotour. bearings went bad and one part of the uspension needed to be welded back on to the car so the rear driver side wheel coudl be aligned right. plus a motor mount or 2 went bad.

I jumped my '87 Integra off a small whoop-de-whoop bridge over a creek once. Bottomed out on the other side, scared me to death (what a RIDE).

Didn't hurt the car one bit. That little tin can was a tank in disguise.

i did last year

i was... leaving an outing with my fellow car enthusiasts when we were abruptly interrupted by some gentlemen in blue uniforms... i hit a hump and set of railroad tracks i didnt know existed on this partuclar exit from the area at about 55mph, car went up car came down. i have major rub marks in all 4 wheel wells and scuffed sideskirts from the car coming down hard... luckily no damage

my friend jumped a part that they call the rack (two humps next to each other. he hit it at about 80 and sailed about 50 feet. it was the most incredible thing i've ever seen. the only drawback was he came down on his nose real hard and ruined his car.
