Thanks for the torque specs.

Upon closer inspection the tire shop must have put a jack under at least one of the control arms. The passenger one is bent bad. Before I took it in the alignment was slightly off. I had to turn the wheel slightly to the left to go straight. When I took it home (with two new front tires, old rears), I couldn't go above 40 km/h and had to crank it hard to the right to go straight. I first thought this may have had to do with the new tires on the front. But after getting a closer look at the bent control arm it had to be them. We'll see how the handle it today.

Oh and one tip for anyone doing this job. Loosen the nut, not the bolt on upper mount. I didn't realize the eccentric washer was attched to the nut. That washer makes turning the bolt really hard . Use two wrenches (18mm nut and 19mm bolt), and not a ratchet.

No. They claim it was "like that" when I bought it in.

Then why was the steering wheel off center way to the right? why can't I drive above 40km/h? Why are there fresh marks on the arms.

Anyway, if you are in Ottawa Ontario, don't deal with Deal4Wheels.

That should have read:
