I think this has been brought up before (I'll check the archives in a minute), but...
At higher revs and with the AC on, I get a burning/oil burning/bad exhaust smell coming from my engine area. I don't think the AC has anything to do with it directly (just brings into the cabin area). Any ideas? Thanks...

Found some things in the archive, but if anybody has any new ideas, I would certainly welcome the input.

You don't mention what you found but most common would be oil spilt on exhaust during oil/filter change. A/C brings on rad fans which would circulate smell.

true some people said it could be just condensation/mold from AC and some people seem to think it might be a heater wire recall that might be causing it. I think I'll get it checked out and see what Ford says either way. It's still under warranty (for a couple months anyways)

The two items you mention cause smell to come thru' heating or a/c vents, not engine area.
