$180 for what?

Heres the front $41
Heres the rear $45

And es mounts for $17

so a total of $103 and your engine/transmission will have a much stronger feel. but there are still two more mount to be replaced.

Here is a rear mount comparisin(sp)
left is svt right is non-svt

Here is a front mount comparisin

So FL, where are you getting these prices (oh I'll warn you 180 is CDN so like 140 AMD) and where can es mounts be found.

Those pics look like no fab needed! That's good. And BTW i've got a new right mount I installed so I only need the left one (which Ford wanted 120.00 for!!!) I am shopping around

As I said, I can get those $$$ at the local Ford Dealer. Just lie and state you have an SVT!!! What I did was have the parts guy at the dealership secure both my stock mounts and the SVT mounts and we then layed them along side each other for comparison purposes. Easy enough!!!

Thanks for everyones input, I bought an SVT mount. 2 things I can't figure out tho:
1) Why the better quality SVT mount is cheaper than the origional?
2) Why I actually like this car that is so damn hard and expensive to find parts for?

OK, I'll take a shot at this!!!
1. Ford pricing is at the heart of this; supply and demand.
2. Hard to get parts, no way. Try getting parts for a 1974 Jenson Healey!!! Or even a 1958 MGA ;-)

So if I got a SVT dealer (not mine) they should be able to give me better prices?

Correct.
That's been my experience on many parts from the dealership.

Well I finished my rear mount, and it made about 100% improvement. I now know I've gotta change the front and left for I still got the shakes.
