the plastic thing that holds the controls for the moonroof is falling down in the front - how is that attached? its my dads car, kind of rude for me to return it to him with a broken ceiling... wink

Carefully pry out dome light to expose screws that hold clips on cover to roof. Latter, I'm afraid, are very susceptible to breakage.

One of the screws fell out of mine when it broke and caused an electrical short. My keyless entry, radio, and interior lights all went. I wasted several 7.5, 10, and even a 20 AMP fuse before I checked the moonroof console.

Take the screws out if it's broken and use the two rear clips to hold it in place until you find a replacement.

...assuming of course, the console mounts broke...
