Figured I could ask you guys since you have some insight. They are currently installing and testing their new SVTF kit. They said that they have updated the jackshafts (which was the Contour problem, right?) so they don't break as easily. What do you guys think? Would you go Vortech again? BTW, here is a link to the FJ thread on the matter.

I'd check out Jackson Racing or Fmax before going with them.

I would check out a huge pile of steamy crap before Vortech. They have done a terrible job with FWD cars and Transverse mount motors. They are not an easy company to deal with either.

I was considering taking the power loss with the JRSC for the benefit of a more reliable kit. JRSC looks much more stock as well.
