I broke my power mirror and have since trying to find one form a salvaged vehicle. I got a response via email that a ceger had a power mirror from a 95 but we are both not sure if it fits. Can anyone help by either sending me pictures or an answer erichouse8@aol.com

I believe that the 95 mirrors are heated where as the 99's aren't you might need to do some rewiring but yeah they should fit.

The '95 mirrors are heated, but not by electric power. They are heated with hot air via matching portholes at the dash edge and door. Heater system blows hot air behind the mirror glass.
Might be a direct swap!

YUP, you are right...checked the ducts, and they blow hot air onto the side window glass, to defrost area near mirror. I did't know that my mirrors defrosted with electric heaters...learn something new every day!

They should bolt right up. IIRC the electrical plug is the same. Just has extra wires for the defrost. With enough inginuity I'm sure you could wire the mirrors up to take advantage of the great feature. (at least if you live where freezing rain occurs.)
