Does anybody know how to reset the fuel pump impact switch? I just bought a '96 SE 5-speed that was hit hard enough to blow the bags. Can't hear the fuel pump whirr, engine cranks over....

You mean the safety device that shuts off the fuel pump after a collision?
If so it is located on the drivers side of the car, on the wall to the left of the brake pedal, you cant miss the thing if you bend down, just press the buttom a few times.
