Darwinisn rears its ugly head again. I think that the fact that the government has to make it a law to wear a seat belt is stupid. We should just let the idiots of our country not wear them, die in accidents, and therefore create a much more intelligent population.

Very true, but Darwinism cant help the mother-f'ing parents that would put a car of that caliber in the hands of a child under 17 years old (the article says "his older brotherCarlos, 17, was killed in the accident.") I feel sorry for both boys, its mostly their fault, but the parents do have some culpability in the matter. I know personally, if someone handed me a Corvette right now I would be nervous as hell driving it, nevermind im now 21 and have been driving for 6 years now. I would do anything to be so lucky to have my parents be able to afford a Vette, I certainly wouldnt do stupid crap like cut across 3 lanes of Ft. Worth traffic... -Nick

EDIT: I just watched the slide show and now know just how much more stupid the kids were... they were on 635 traffic near rush hour when they did that... Only thing I feel sorry for is the surviving child and the Vette.
