You all may have forgotten about it, but I have not. The reason is that I still do not have a y-pipe that fits my car. Just some background info:
-Placed the order in May -Credit card billed in June -Promises of delivery continuously from early July through the end of August -The y-pipe shipped mid-August and arrived on September 10 -Attempted install myself, only to find the y-pipe was not even close to fitting -Took it to a mechanic who told me he would have to make at least three cuts/welds to make it work, but was worried about totally mutulating the part. He did not want to even attempt it. -Called Performance Fords September 26. Alex told me he would get a new pipe made, have it test fit and sent out to me. This was the last time I have heard from him.
I have called Performance Fords probably 50 times. I always leave messages, but never get called back. Business must be good for them if they don't even have time to return a call in 47 days!!!
I wanted to post about my experience for two reasons. First, I am frustrated as hell that I gave these people $285 for a part that is useless. Second, to let other people know how poorly Brullen and Performance Fords treat their customers.
When this situation is resolved, I will post again and let you all know what they did to make it right. If they can somehow make me a happy customer, I will give them the credit for it publically.
Moral: investigate the source you are purchasing from before you make the purchase.

You should definitely get your money back...
This isn't the first time Brullen has had fitment issues with their products correct?

You should contact Brullen directly!! They have 2 phone numbers listed 1-905-641-4778 and 1-905-415-7733 As for Performance Fords, they had potential, but their customer service (or lack there of) has lost them my business...

I have tried to contact Brullen as well. Twice I have talked to the secretary (?) and left messages, but no one has called back. I called the second number you listed. I will try the first one and see if it gets me any further. Thanks.

The second # is Allesondros cell I believe. I am in the same boat. Remember when I told you about getting a refund? Still hasn't happened!! I 'm just as pissed as you are. This is absolutely horrible service and product. It's just like buying something off of Ebay . Actually, I have had less problems on Ebay than on here!! It's cool though, I am a semi-patient guy. I would say let's just bomb their phone with call after call, but $13.00 in long distance, international for a few calls is a killer. What else can we do?!

Short synopsis: guy bids on a customized, one-of-a-kind EVO, wins the auction, but the winning bid is way below a regular EVO's invoice. He contact the dealership about delivery, the dealership says they got a bid from a broker (the bid wasn't on eBay) so they were giving the car to the broker. The story was posted on hundreds of boards reaching hundreds of thousands of people, many of whom called the dealership and Mitsubishi corporate. After the weekend, the dealership finally caved and sold the car to the winning bidder at the winning bid price.

The guy (MarkD) posted an email from the dealership in the original thread (at NASIOC). Considering the thread was at ~115 pages when I last looked, getting an exact link would be a little time consuming , but you're welcome to check it out yourself. The thread is in the "Dealerships" forum, and currently has over 3500 posts in it. The last page has a post from someone who claims they called the dealership and the receptionist (gawd I feel sorry for that woman) said MarkD came to the dealership and purchased the EVO.
