Don't know how much help this is, but I've kept this exchange on my webserver, so you can read and perhaps learn about how some Ford stores view the Contour and owners.
I suggest if you find a store with this kinda attitude, that you don't give them any money or the chance to do any warranty work (which pays them something, but not alot)
