OK now I know some people in CEG have dealt with SHO Shop. One of the guys from SP Motorsports in MD didn't speak too highly of them. But here is my problem. On Sept. 10, I ordered an off-road y pipe for my SVT. Guy told me it would be 2 weeks, probably less. It has been over a month and I haven't recieved it. My credit card has already been charged. I've called many times, they never answer their phone. I've left voice mail...never called me back. Emails...nope. Anyone ever dealt with them before or know what I can do? All I want is my y pipe and some extra HP...is that just too much to ask?

Welcome to CEG, where every business you deal with is just the same. Not really, but I have had extremely horrible situations just like you with everyone I have dealt with so far, except of course BNM.

Never had a problem with Joe at SPMotorpsorts - of course it helps that I work 5 minutes from him!
No problem dealing with Buckshot either.

Another satisfied customer. They have a somewhat shady reputation. I've read alot of posts like yours on here. Just keep bugging the shite out of them and hopefully someday you will get it. In the future, I'd deal with SP as far as getting SHO shop parts. They can get pretty much everything SHO shop makes and have never done me wrong.

Ok, you got me there, I forgot about SP. My magnecors came quick enough. I have never dealt with Buckshot but I assume he is perfectly fine. I was speaking more along the lines of good ole DTEC TUNING ((censored) still have my $$)and PF....

I won't go into the details of my horror story from SloShop but they suck big hairy monkey nuts and you should avoid them like the plague. Call your credit card company and tell them what's going on and they will reverse the charges on your card. Then either have your y pipe optimized or get the trubendz or bat pipe.

Don't feel bad; you guys aren't the only ones taking it up the ass from SHO Shop. They are quite well known in the SHO community for doing the same things. In fact, SHOForum members and Tom G. from SHOShop got into a pissing match on many occasions on the forum over shipping/billing practices and such. In time, Tom left the boards and Vadim pulled sponsorship of the SHOforum.
