Information Needed: (Anyone please add ideaâ??s to this as you see fit, and we can all discuss them). Here is what I have come up with so far.
Time: 9:30 A.M.
When: 2nd Saturday of the every month.
Where:
- Olympia, WA every 1, 4, 7, 10 month of the year.
- Tukwila, WA (South Center Mall) every 2, 5, 8, 11 month of the year.
- Everett, WA every 3. 6. 9. 12 month of the year.
Discussed between Jeremy (js139), David (DDV) any myself (auiotour) on 11.8.03.

Rundown of the Events:
- 9:30: Meet Up, Photoâ??s, Chat.
- 10:30: Drive or Brunch.
- 12:00: Sum of the meet.
Suggestions:
- I suggest a drive or brunch, every other month or so, so we can show off our cars, and catch up on any projects everyone is doing or just life in general.
- I also, would like to keep the meets rather short each month. I feel 2 ½ hours is a fairly good amount of time for a meet. I donâ??t want it to long incase others have stuff to do. They will still be able to make the meet and carry out anything else they needed to do that day.
If any of you have any other suggestions, please post, and Jeremy and myself will check it out, and we can all vote and see what we want to do.
On a side note, I am planning on asking Lance, if we can get a small piece of contour.org, so we can make an actually web page that connects to contour.org, so we can list meetings, and pictures of the meets, and any other information about each meet and future meets, Lance, if your reading this please email me (Llane) at the above email address.

Some people(me) work on the weekends and it's very hard for me to show up. You don't even know how much I wanted to show up for the meet this weekend  . I wish some of you can meet up on a week night but then that's just me being selfish. Anyways, I hope I can show up for the meet next month. I really want to show you guys my svt.

If it's possible, when the "north-enders" are heading south to Olympia, we could meet up somewhere on the way and caravan the rest of the way to Olympia.

Sorry i totally forgot to write that in that you suggested that. I believe you also had mentioned that when you meet up everyone would just follow each other down to the meet. That way we could show off the tours, and grab more attention. Of course this would also be done, going to Everett too.

I am sorry that weekends don't really work out for you. I know soon they might not work out for me either, but I am gonna try hard to get that 1 day a month so I can. We took a vote a while back, and it seemed that more people could meet saturday mornings then sunday. And during this season, it gets dark around 5 or shortly after 5. So any meet would be in the dark. and most of us couldn't get there till after 6 or 7 by the time the drive to the meet was over.

Hello again, i guess it is time for me to add my two cents. My name is Jeremy Plank and i was mentioned in Llane's post. I am one of the ones taking care of orghanizing the meets. Our first meet went well. i just found out that we had a fourth looking for us(REMEMBER THE SILVER SVT____YA WE SHOULD HAVE GOT HIM). N-e-ways, for the moment, i think that SAturdays will suit most people. I like the way Llane laid out the plan of meets. As for week nights, In the summer we might be able to accomodate those, but for now, Saturdays are gonna be the selected dates. As the group grows, we might take a vote again and may dedide at that time wether or not to change. As for now, we will stay with Llane's previous posted idea. One of our considerations with the schedule is the fact that everyone can plan out in advance the date, time, and location of the meet so we do not run into any people not showing and not knowing in advance of upcoming meets. As always, you can feel free to post ideas and we will consider them all, or you can contact Llane or myself and we can discuss the details and maybe bring it up for a change. - Meet up early before events, to make a trip with several cars following each other to the event, ie, Olympia to Everett, Everett to Olympia. (David)
- Meets in the summer time, this would be a good idea, once it starts to get darker after 8 or so. That way we can still make it to meets, and not worry about the light outside. (1andonlysvt & Jeremy)

Sorry we missed the guy in he silver svt, We saw you and I kept thinking we should go get him, but I figured it was just someone in a svt. So sorry about that, I hope you didn't drive far to meet up with us all. I would like everyone to add my Cell number to their phone book list on their cell phone or where ever you keep your numbers at, that way, if your los at all you can call Jeremy or myself to help get you to the meet. If anyone in the Olympia and Everett area's would like to volunteer their numbers incase someone is lst trying to find the meet spot in either of these area's. I am not familair with either of those areas. As soon as we get an address for everyone to meet at. I will be posting links to a map of the area, along with the address and links to driving direction web sites so that, it is easier to find where the meet will be held. I think that is it for now.

I'd only be able to do Sundays. If Saturdays are what it's going to be I might get it off every once in a while. Of course I don't plan on having my car for that long.

Hey, I just wanted to let you guys know that I wont be able to make the Everett journey because of work. I definitly will be able to make the trip in Jan to Olympia(where I work) and probably to the Tukwila meets. See you around.
