anyways, I managed to hit a road baracade and it flipped up and dented my roof....is there any way to pop that out myself?

If there's a crease in the metal, a bodyshop will have to smooth it out and repaint it. So long as the paint hasn't cracked, you might be able to use a dent puller (suction cup) or pound it out from underneath.

Personally, I'd rather get a shop to do it.
