During racing in the SCCA last week my '95 SE came out of second gear by itself twice. This has happened one other time on the street and it is only in second gear that it happenes. Any of you transmission guys have any ideas on what might be wrong? Thanks

1995 SE
Mods-Resonator gone, glasspack in place (It sounds good, try it).
Cracked secondaries, TPS Mod, Removed Intake resonators.
Future Mods- SVT exhaust (Wanna sell yours?) and window tinting this summer. More for later.
Its my daily driver that I race on the weekends.

A 95 'rod shift' trans must have some miles on it by now.Sounds like weak/worn syncro and interlock springs.Should also check the bushes in the 'brace bar' that runs from the trans to the shifter base, thats not the shift rod under the floor but the bar next to it,if the bushes are shot when the trans/engin 'kicks' it can pull the rod out of gear....
