Ok I got a really dumb question and unfortuantley i cant think of a reason why this wouldnt work....Just buying some sorta supercharger off of ebay...like a vortech v-1 or v-2 or a paxton sn-93..buying a jack shaft and machining a braket and of course a dyno tune...prolly 24 lb injectors. And just bolt it up by the battery(move it to trunk), feed it into the MAF and adding a pulley and connecting the jack shaft to the main serpentine belt...problly gonna have to get custom hood becuase i have an atx...I figure this could be accomplished for about 1000-1500....Now go ahead and shoot me down and tell me why its gonna cost way too much....

No i dont have tools or resouces to do a 3.0l hybrid or else it be done. And unfortunatley i got a atx.

1) arent those blowers commonly used on mustangs? i know the V1 is.

WAY too big for your duratec.

2) if you dont have the tools or resources to do a 3L hybrid, dont even think of fabbing a supercharger setup!

3) i have an ATX, and my 3L SVT Hybrid should eb running this week!
