I cant believe that you can only get such low octane levels. Here in Britain its a minimum of 95 octane. And quite a few people including myself run it on 98 octane fuel

Ohh man! I've been wasting my money using higher octane (91) cause i was thinking it was better for the engine. But after reading this post I come to find out I was just wasting my money and it is better if I just use what is recommended, which is (87) rated gasoline. Well from now on I guess i'll be saving money on gas!

Your octane ratings are on a different system than ours. Europe uses RON (Research Octane Number) and the US uses the arithmetic mean of RON and the Motor Octane Number. The latter is always lower for any given fuel - sometimes much lower. So US octane numbers can't easily be compared with European ones - US's '87' is probably close to a European '92'.
At present, most places in Europe have 98 RON and 95 RON unleaded and some have 97 RON leaded.

Most likely 91 or above unless you get a custom burn to use 89 which would be pretty weird since I think you can get 91 or above just about any place in the U.S. and it would give you slightly more power. But aren't you wanna the guys that thinks twin turbos are possible and would be good for a contour?
