Hey,

I just got back from vacation and the CEL on my girlfriends ?97 Pontiac Sunfire was on. I ran an OBD II scan and it returned 2 codes. Can some one please explain to me what these codes mean??

P0335
Crankshaft position sensor A circuit malfunction

P0341
Camshaft position sensor A circuit range / performance (bank 1 or single sensor)

Thanks in advance!

Jca

P.S. I?m never taking my mystique camping again! Damn dirt.

Check the wires to both sensor.
You may find that the connectors are water logged.
If they are,
just fill the sensor connectors with a little silicone grease and plug them back together.

If the codes return, the sensors may need to be changed.
