OP MystiqueGS97 CEG\'er M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 78 Mobile , Alabama	I got a little problem....i was driving last night, and as i went to accelerate, it wouldn't go.....sorta like if you was in neutral, and you pressed the gas...it just revs up and doesn't go...and as i was trying to fix it..i was shifting the gears and i could tell it wasn't catching ....anybody have any suggestions...... Pioneer Head unit 2 12' Cerwin Vega Subs - 600 Bridgable Power Acoustik amplifer --- soon to come 1600 watt power acoustik amplifer with 2 12' 2400 watt power acoustik subs in custom enclosure......

BrApple_dup1 Hard-core CEG'er B Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 6,910 Enfield, CT	ATX or MTX? we had a problem in our Taurus at the time were the car would accelerate, turned out it needed a new transmission my understanding it it a MTX is in gear and you accelerate and the rpms increase like normal but the speed doesn't the clutch is on its way out, but i am not possitive - 95 Mystique LS - Zetec/5spd - 99 Contour SeVT Sport - Duratec/5spd Official NE-CEG Contour/Mustang Family
