I definitely cry BS.
Running 2.0 to 2.1 60' times but only 9.6 to 9.7 in the 1/8th.
That's 100% BS or your 3L is weak as hell.
I run faster than that in the 1/8th with ~2.30 60' times and a 2.5L
Also you don't list an LSD or drag radials or any solid engine mounts so getting a 2.0 or even a 2.1 is not very likely at all.
Getting 2.0-2.1 60 foots, 9.6/9.7 1/8, and then a 14.5s@93mph definately sounds weird. I know the 3L conversions are pretty torquey (probably more torquey than my VQ), but the 1/8th mile in relation to the 14.5@93mph is just plain weird. When I get 14.4/14.5 with lower 2.2 60 foots, my 1/8 mile is in the 9.3s@77mph (at 1100' altitude no less). I'd expect the 3L Contour to perform the same if not better seeing that this guy is getting 2.0-2.1 60 foots. A 93mph trap is really slow.
2.0-2.1 60 foots are definately attainable on street tires and fwd assuming you've got the torque and good track prep. The 3L Contour has the torque. I've even pulled a 2.18 60', but I ended up fubaring my 1-2 shift That would have been my mid 14.3. There are quite a few Maximas pulling high 2.0s and lower 2.1 60 foots on H-rated tires, no LSD, and good track prep.
Demon-
KCIR is grippy as hell now. I hope your differential is up to the task of the stick. I'm running you next season, drag radial to drag radial

Actually, it's true. He ran 14.72 at 92mph I believe. I think he mentioned he was only pulling 15.2s. Then changed his launch style and practiced, practiced, practiced. I'm guessing he beat the snot out of the car to do it but he had it on video. Was very impressive.
