First you might remember me from the guy that has the 96 GL that gets around 14MPG local.

Well that problem is not fix but today my battery warning light goes off. I was like 40 miles from home so I couldn't do much.

I try to squeeze my way back but I did not make it. Everything went haywire. The airbag light blink continuously, I was driving at 60mph but the spedometer went to zero and kept jumping up and down.

I think I had enough of my Tour . Oh yeah the car has less than 68k miles and I got it in November.

Now I have to fix the alternator and find a way to get rid of it. I already spent a load on replacing the timing belt and other stuff.

Sorry if I sound like a beech lol, I just had a terrible day. :p

Look on the bright side - you'll save enough on gas the next few days to pay for a new alternator.

Bummer... I understand the alternator is a major pain to change on our cars. Might want to check around for good price. Let us know what the damage is...
