im thinking about getting new speakers for the front of my 98 contour and i was wondering if there is any brand, or kind i should get.(cheap)

i picked up 4 pioneer A66800R's for $75, but then again, that was at dealer cost. i do recomend some pioneer though. being a licenced dealer, i have lots of pioneer and they have high quality at still reasonible prices. if u want really cheap though, wally world is the place, but dont expect anymore than a slight improvment over stock.

i also lost the manual to the car so i don't know what size my front speakers are.

even if you had it it wouldnt be any help, the speakers are 6x8s

hmmm.....i wouldnt know. i shop dealer catalogs lol. i just always heard bad things about walmart speakers. well, if wally world is ur choice, go for it. i support pioneer all the way!!!

yes wal-mart does sell crap, like roadgear and jensen. they do, however have some good pioneer head units, but as for shopping there, don't do it. Get better stuff online for cheaper or the same stuff online for even cheaper( i mean dirt cheap)
the only thing i would recommend from wal-mart is socshe fit kits and wiring harnesses. Its the same brand most car auido shops use except WALMART has it for a lil' cheaper

Nuttin worse the cheap speaker's, oh yeah stock....

Say hello to the bad guy. 98.5 CSVT KKM intake,SQ system.... 2003 accord coupe 6speed. waiting for the after market to catch up....
