Well, why would the 1st person she saw afterwards say that she was calm when he saw her?
Also, why didn't she go straight to the police station after the fact?
Why did she not tell the detective that she said "no" in the initial interview?
She didn't even say that she said "no" to Kobe untill interviews a few days later?
Why is the only mark on her a little bruise on her jaw that was so small the detective didn't even see it less then 24 hours after the alleged rape.
Why are there no marks at all on Kobe? Wouldn't she put up some kind of struggle?
Why didn't she yell or scream during the alleged rape?
Why did she have another mans semen in her underwear when she went in for the rape test?
Why was a white mans pubic hair found in her rape exam? Wouldn't she be too distraught from being "raped" to go and have sex with another man within 24 hours of the alleged rape?
My .02 is that this is bs. If it looks like ****,smells like ****, then it must be ****.

IMHO - innocent. Grown-ups know what it takes when it comes to rapin'. I am not even sure about Mike T. True, the guy is a sicko, but raping? Dunno. I guess Mike never raped his wife/mother-in-law - still it never prevented them to take him to the cleaners preaching abuse and all. The girl is a gold digger, but.... who can blame her in a society where judicial perversions substituted the sense of life for many ppl...

I really believe that he did something with this girl but I don't believe he rapped her...the reason I say this is. A few years back I worked for different record labels and when you go to some of those album release parties and see those females that your average joe would'nt even think of approaching but they drop their panties so fast when some of those artist come around and basketball players come and go to these parties as they wish. Can he be a raging phsyco hmm could be. why wouldn't anyone bring this up in the past and try to gain some capitol from his mistakes jeeesh isn't that the thing people love to see the most "well he's up now lets take him down"

Ok, here's MY take on this. I don't know too much about it, but from what I have seen on my local news, it doesn't look good for the girl. The semen that's NOT Kobe's??  That's really doing her in. The fact that she DID NOT go straight to the police. I could have sworn the news last night said they have video tape of her calmly walking out the back entrance, and like someone already said, the ppl who saw her "right after" said she was calm. We KNOW they had sex. Kobe admitted to it, so does she. Rape........ I highly doubt it. I think she IS in it for the money. The sleeping with 3 guys in 3 different days....  I hope and pray the jury see RIGHT through the b*tch, and let Kobe move on with his life, or at least he needs to sue her a$$ for wasting his time. Yes yes yes guys. I am a woman, and I think the b*tch is lying.

What about the women who dont lie about this stuff? What about the nasty pieces of [censored] that rape women everyday? A lot of guilty men are still out of jail and doing it to women. I dont look at it from her side or kobes side. I look at it from the familys sides. Think about their parents. Some jerk puts his hands on my daughter damn right I'd want her to do something about it. On the other side someone accuses my son I'd give him the benefit of the doubt but wonder if my parenting went wrong somewhere. Hopefully justice is served. Innocent or guilty she has a right to accuse him if she believes something really happened. If you dont like it well this is america TOO DAMN BAD. Yeah, there's been 2 cases that I know of in the past 3 years, in the small town (pop. 9000) that I grew up in. Hell one girl admitted that she made it all up while on the stand (after the local media and gossip had already *convicted* him)...
