I've decided not to fix the car... I can't afford spending all the time on something that I have lost interest in. It was fun while it lasted, but it's time to move on to something else that doesn't require so much fixing all the time and has more resale value. I'm going to part the car out to help paying for my new car. I don't think anyone can change my mind about this unless they pay me to finish fixing the car. I just don't like working on the car on the driveway two years in a roll.

Not STi, I can't afford that. I can barely afford a regular WRX. I'm not sure if I'm getting it yet because payment will kill my chance of getting another bike.

Good luck parting out the 3L. Make sure you check the prices at VanBortel Subaru out here near Rochester. Their no-haggle pricing is posted right on the web: WRX pricing. If Northtown or anyone else local can beat those prices, you're doing well. VanBortel is consistently the highest-volume Subie dealer in the country. They must be doing something right. Scott

What's up with that though? If you go to the site, it's showing sticker on an STI is under $25K. I'd think they were talking about a regular WRX, but then the specs show as an STI (300HP). Think they got their wires crossed somewhere, otherwise I'll buy an STI for $22K!!!

Yeah, that appears to be a typo. If only you could stick that price to them, but it'd never happen, since the description is all standard WRX. Still, not a bad price for the STi either, huh?
