ok so i had one of my codes pulled and i got P1518. i searched but all i found was the IMRC pinned open problem. the scanner said that the code was a Idle Speed Control Auxillary Input. Does anyone know what the prob could be????

If you kept the same computer, the code is for the IMRC.

Why are they open, did you remove them?

What MAF, TB, TPS , Injectors, PCV... Is everything connected?

There are too many reasons for dying at idle, need more info.

Too rich? Too lean, spark cuttout? Static timing correct?

It's your IMRC. The "generic" code for 1518 is Idle Speed Control, but it's definitley the IMRC on our cars. Check to see if the throttle like cable going to it is not broken or caught on something. Take it from there.
