Hi,
I have some troubles with the radiator light, when I start the car it keeps on until 5 miles or so, after that the light tunrs off, once i refiiled the coolant liquid until more than max and the radiator light is fine now, but after driving one week, (200 miles aprox.) when driving some liquid leaked while driving ( 1/4 GAL approx.) and the radiator light is again on, what oculd it be?? , the temperature looks fine,

Your light will stay on until the coolant gets hot and expands in the overflow container and becomes high enough for the coolant to cover the sensor that is causing your warning light to come on!

As you said yourself, you have a coolant leak and until you get that fixed, your warning light will keep coming on when your coolant drops below the sensor in the overflow container!

Fix the leak and maintain the coolant level just above the MAX of the overflow container.

I've heard before about filling above the max level in the overflow tank,
I'm am not very sure if a leak is the problem, because i have drive the car with the level in the overflow with o change for several days, 200 miles aprox. since i fill it, that had happen twice, i dont know if I should check other parts, maybe dirty radiator?, a thermostat failure, a sutcked radiator cap?, what could cause the coolant leak not constat just once in a while,

Also the coolant leak just happen during a short period of time, then it stops and does not happen again (until some days, and only if the tank is over the max level)

Maybe you have a crack in the tank.
