1685.00 in hail damage I got pelted with out in Chi-town. How do you guys think a nice Black Sapphire met pearl color change would look on my svt. the color is used on porsche and the benz. looks kinda blue in some light and black in other. later Rob

Would depend if the blue matches the tone of the interior. If it's a different shade I don't know how it would turn out. Sounds nice otherwise though!

Why did they ever do black with blue leather?

yeah I know what ya mean. I've considered swaping in a black interior myself. The paint chip looks good with the blue though. I just get a little nervous though. The chip always looks different than the whole car. Later Rob

there's a guy on NECO who recently painted his tan seats black.
He got this special paint for doing leather.
It came out pretty good. I don't like his technique for painting the pocket behind the seat, but other than that it's not bad.
NECO is down right now, so I can't get you a link to the thread or the name of the paint.
