You don't get out much, do ya.

That story has been out for over 2 months now. Just use Kazaa Lite or go find music somewhere else.

Or, just go buy the artists CD's.

Why not just delete Kazza instead of deleting all your music ? Unless you have wiped your free space after you deleted your music they can still get it back if needed.

Right now I think they are still going after more the peopel that are sharing the files then casual downloaders but I have not kept up with the story recently.

download music. Take music away from shared folder and put it somewhere else. Enjoy worry and RIAA-free music.

PS: If you like it enough to burn it so you can play it in the car, just go out and buy it.

yep, its the people who are "giving" the music that they are after.

yep, just go on as annomous, with no shared files.. also get rid of the spyware from the original kazaa.
Who would delete all their MP3's? if your that paranoid just burn the MP3's themselves onto CD's and then delete them from your computer, geez at least that way you can still enjoy them.

Just use Kazaa Lite and move stuff outta your shared folder...no worries. Not to mention, they just put these stories on the news to scare gullible people into deleting their mp3s...seems to be working :P !

You threw it out ? they will find it and trace it back to you quick.... Not to worry just go grab it back from the trash and and PM me because I would be willing to dispose of your laptop in a way that the RIAA will never be able to trace back to you
