What is your or other CEG'ers experience with Bosch +4 plugs? I'm not saying they are any better than any other plug, but why are they crap?

Thanks

This is an old subject. They are crap. Stick with the motorcraft double plats.

My choice, except without the Ractive filter. I am replacing that with K&N.

Quite frankly, I'm surprised at all of you...

P.R.-- CHANGE YOUR WATER PUMP!!!!!!

make it a top priority...you'll thank us later.

I realize that this is an intake thread, but with the guy posting here first, I though I would have seen a post to this effect by now. No harm, no foul.

Yeah, your stock water pump is due to go, the plastic impeller breaks up. Aftermarket waterpumps with metal impellers are available. Mine went before 60K. You also might have to find a friend to help you with install of the aftermarket y pipe, some shops do not touch them until 80K because of federal emissions laws.

And remeber to reset your PCM after you do a few of these mods, by doing battery or fuse disconnects for 10 to 20 minutes or so. Then you WILL feel and hear the difference after a couple mods like you're starting on.
