I want these bad. But i cant get the little black caps off. Also are there a certain size to get?

black caps? are you talking about the black splash shield that you have to pull down or the black part of the bulb that you have to twist and get out?
885s and 893s will work.

front bumper. you know in the front black caps. where fog lights go. also is there a place to mount them?

There's a screw in the top of them. Unscrew that and they should pull out. You might have to break them, but you won't be needing them, so no biggie.
FogLights you can pick up from BAT. The link should be on the homepage.

Had to break mine off to put fogs in there. They are part of the bumper, if its what Im thinking of.

He's talking about the inserts on the splash shield i believe, so you can reach in to the fog lights without taking off the shield. just take off the shield, there is about.....9 screws. 5 under the car and 2 inside each wheelwell. take you 1 minute.
